The Teacher Coach SEL series is incredibly beneficial. Dr. Scherz provides engaging and thought-provoking activities that have real-world applications. There's certainly some theory, but it's not just in a vacuum. Dr. Scherz has participants explore how to apply those theories. I personally benefited from participating in all of the sessions. As a result of one of the activities, I developed a series of personal experiments to improve my own psychological and physical health. Now I'm feeling better than ever. Without the SEL series, I'm not sure when (if ever) that would've happened.
